From initial design concept to completion, our end-to end service will leave no rock unturned. We would love to work with you to create a vision for your home from the ground up. We specialise in selecting the perfect finishes for your new-build or renovation. We will work closely with your builder, building designer or architect to make sure no detail is overlooked and the budget is worked within all while producing a unique and beautifully detailed space.

The Process

  • As mentioned above, let’s chat! Let’s see what services you need and if we are a good match for you.

  • We meet on site or in your existing home when possible to get an idea of how you live currently, what works, what doesn’t and explore the project.

    Once we have had the initial consultation to review the brief, a custom scope of work and fee proposal will be produced and delivered for your approval prior to the commencement of work.

  • With all paperwork signed, we move into concept phase. I start a pinterest page for you to access and collaborate on. I will begin to collect images, items and materials to collate and produce mood boards to give an idea of the space and feel for the overall project.

  • At this point I find most useful if we develop the exterior finishes and colours. An artistic render will be produced to give an idea of colour and scale.

  • Here is where we get creative. Spaces are designed to meet your needs and wants. Joinery, lighting, layouts, elevations. This is the comprehensive and detailed phase of the project. This is the most time consuming stage with 4-6 months allowed depending on the size of the project. All specifications are made and documented ready for your approval then delivery to builders and trades.

  • With all items and materials selected and approved we gently hand it all over to the builder. My job is not yet complete, once construction starts I am available to meet builders and trades throughout the build to make sure all is going to plan.

  • This phase is pivotal but often overlooked. Furniture curation and styling is offered to bring the house to completion. From the architects design all the way though to styling, this can have the home feeling resolved and cohesive.

  • This is the most exciting where you get to move in!

What’s the investment?

Prices will vary depending on the size of the project and the detail required, but you should expect to pay anywhere from $8,000 +

Time frames

When engaging for a full package, 6 months + is required from initial 20 minute consult to completed specifications and drawings ready for the builder to quote. As soon as the architectural design is submitted to council is an ideal time for us to start. Some of the above process can happen while the build is underway but we love to be involved well before the builders quote to help with accuracy, availability and ironing out any technical issues before they arise. Don’t let this scare you off! Let’s talk it through and see what’s possible.
